Boasting extensive sea and mountain views this modern luxury pool villa is in a fantastic private location. With direct views into the port of Loutraki and within walking distance to the local beaches, resturants and supermarkets.  The local bus stops close by so hiring a car is not essential.

The villa and pool area are on two separate levels. A few stone steps from the main terrace lead you down to the private swimming pool and BBQ area.  Sun loungers and a pool side refrigerator are provided to help you relax and unwind with ease.

From the main terrace you enter into a modern open plan living, dining and kitchen area.   Fitted out with comfy and homely furnishings, soft lighting, and good quality equipment, will make settling in a piece of cake.  WI-FI, flat screen TV, dvd and music station are also provided.  An extensive range of kitchen utensils are provided along with top of the range dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and American style fridge freezer.

Also located on this level is the ensuite double bedroom (sofa bed), air conditioning and ample storage space are provided.  The bathroom is fully tiled to a high quality and provides a small tiled bath as well as a shower, toilet and wash basin.  Plenty of storage space for toiletries and linen.

The master double bedroom is also ensuite, and accessed from the living area by a tiled staircase.  With an exposed timber roof this bedroom has a sense of height and space and the spectacular sea views can be enjoyed with out even getting out of your bed.  Or, why not enjoy them from your spacious private balcony, comfy seating is provided for you to unwind and enjoy the afternoon breeze.  Again the ensuite bathroom is fully tiled to a high quality and provides shower, toilet and wash basin.

Both the pool and the main villa over look the port of Loutraki, great for watching the ferries and yachts coming and going but also to enjoy the stunning birds of prey, Elenora Falcon, buzzards and kestrels to name but a few.

White washed stone walls and bamboo style fencing surround  Villa Zannetina and the main entrance gate can be locked for complete security.  Car parking directly outside the property.

Dappled shade from two established palm trees flood the main terrace, allowing you to enjoy alfresco dining without the fierce heat of the midday sun.  Enjoy the subtle style planting of traditional flowers and herbs such as geraniums, bouganvilea, sage and rosemary, and the delicate scent of lemon and orange blossom is just heavenly.
