The arresting appeal of this timelessly Greek villa, with its white washed facade, terracotta sloped tiled roof, nestled in an olive grove becomes apparent once you step out onto its sea facing terrace.

The wide coastal panorama takes in the harbor of Loutraki, the village of Glossa, across, the island of Skiathos, the island Evia and distant islands beyond.
At night the lights from these views become a twinkling magic.

Meet and greet in Loutraki harbour, villa is 15 min drive from there. There is car rentals available, boat tickets, internet cafe, fish restraurants next to the sea, super markets.

Villa is 3 min drive or 10 min walk into Glossa.  Yani's super market is well stocked with free delivery, a pharmacy, doctor, gift shops, restaurants, and 3 bakeries.

A private drive scattered with plum trees leads down to the traditional island style villa with one and a half stories.

The main entrance leads into the open plan living and kitchen area.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with hand painted tiles and is ringed by a marble topped breakfast bar.

The living area is light and airy, tastefully furnished and comfortable. It has a traditional high wooden pitched ceiling and a large picture window, opening to olive trees.

Two sets of French doors open out to a large terrace and magnificent sea views. From here you will enjoy spectacular sunsets and tranquility while dinning at night.

Leading from the living area are two bedrooms. A master bedroom with air conditioning and the other set up with twin beds, both have built in closets with ample storage space.

In the hallway between the bedrooms is a fully tiled bathroom, with shower cubicle, sink, w.c. Shelves for storage and cabinet with mirror above the sink.
Then up a wooden staircase, an open area third bedroom with single bed, built in closet, high pitched ceiling and French doors opening out onto its own private terrace.

From here you have incredible sweeping sea views.

The largest private swimming pool on the island is stunning and set on the land below the house.

It also has sea views and forested land surrounds it ensuring privacy and the luxury of space.
