Stunning Skopelos villa with infinity pool

Anatoli House is a beautifully designed and built property and set in 1.75 acres of olive grove in the unspoilt part of the island known as Ayios Georgios (St George). Sleepin 4, and boasting breath taking views from the terraces and infinity pool along Skopelos and across the Aegean to Alonissos.

Its location is tranquil and rural but it is only a short drive to Glossa town and the beaches of Perivoulio, Angeletou, Pethameni and Hondros Georgios are a 5 minute drive down a rough track or a 20 minute walk (35 minutes coming back up the hill!).

The breathtaking view is probably the main feature of the house ,however, and on a clear day it extends to Mt Athos in the north and Skyros island in the south ,but whatever the weather it is always spectacular.

The house comprises of a large stone built living room with vaulted beamed chestnut ceiling and is 6x7 meters and 5 meters high with 3 opening French windows leading onto a canopied terrace overlooking the swimming-pool. It is furnished with a mix of antique, modern and commissioned pieces.

The kitchen is fitted with a Smeg double stainless steel oven and ceramic hob. A Siemens stainless steel dish-washer. and a very large refrigerator /freezer/wine-cellar from John Lewis again in stainless steel plus all the normal appliances , such as food processor/hand blender etc ,that any cook would need .

Both the bathroooms are made of polished cement with marble hand-basins and are situated next to the bedrooms , one upstairs and one down.

The bedrooms also have the amazing view through double French windows and feature hand made king size beds crafted from recycled wood. The downstairs bedroom has access to the pool along the front of the house hand has a large glass and aluminium wardrobe. And the upstairs bedroom has a vaulted chestnut ceiling, a wooden balcony and also a large roof terrace and the furniture is local antiques sourced from the island.

The house and front terraces are floored in water-blasted cream marble which is a softer finish than normal marble but still has the cooling effect. And the south terrace beneath the Koukinara trees (pine-nut) is paved in local Pelion stone.

The infinity pool is 40.5 sq meters and is 1.55m deep with staircase style steps running down into it and has a large marble terrace around it with 4 wooden sun-beds and 2 cane recliner chairs.

The house has a full internet connection via wi-fi.
