Property taxes advice

As Greece tries to come to terms with its current situation the rules on taxation are continually changing, failure to keep up with these changes, results in fines for late or non payment. Most of the Greek taxes that affect property owners are new taxes on, houses, cars and boats. Although we can not influence the Greek government on who, or how much they decide to apply new taxes to, we can keep you informed so that you can take the correct measures to keep these tax payments to a minimum.
